My WorkMy Writing,
and Me.

My name has an extra 'a' and I have an extroverted nature.

I'm a creative communicator with a love of sandwiches, clever copy, and interesting design.

I don't like spelling 'necessary' or thinking about how deep the ocean is. But I'm working on both of them.

‘How About We Actually Finish This Sketchbook?’

This is a personal zine/sketchbook/illustration
project that documents my relationship with creativity, and how I associate so much of my identity with it.

I was diagnosed with a repetitive strain injury halfway through making it, so it examines my recovery, adaptation and identity struggles that came with having my entire dominant arm ‘out of use’ for six weeks. This, while horrible at the time forced me to experiment and embrace different mediums, that in the long run has made me a more versatile and ‘multi-media’
creative.

My Roles:

- Illustration
- Collage
- Repetitive Strain-haver
- Bookbinding
- Creative Direction
- Art Direction
