and Me.

My name has an extra 'a' and I have an extroverted nature.

I'm a creative communicator with a love of sandwiches, clever copy, and interesting design.

I don't like spelling 'necessary' or thinking about how deep the ocean is. But I'm working on both of them.

Controversy Commission

In April 2020, I was commissioned to create a digital poster for an upcoming webshow, as well as an Instagram story graphic for the actors to post.

‘Controversy’ was entirely filmed during Lockdown via video chat and web calls. It tells the story of a girl whose digital ‘fame’ begins to destroy her life. It is supported by the National Youth Theatre.

I wanted to create a minimal, but eye-catching design that would stand out against peoples social media feeds and attract interest. My brief wanted the fact that the show was filmed via video chat to be prominent in the design; I created this through the monochrome window in the centre of the design - as if we are watching the recording ourselves. The girl has a ‘halo’ of mouse pointers, to show the virtual reality stage that she is ‘cancelled’ on.
